Official Biography
Elected to the Pennsylvania House in 2014, Dave Zimmerman is a fiscal conservative shaped by Lancaster County values of hard work, thrift, faith, family, and community service.
For the 2025-26 term, Rep. Zimmerman serves on the Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Environmental and Natural Resource Protection, and Health committees.
The 99th District includes parts of Lancaster and Berks counties, including Adamstown, Denver, Terre Hill, Mohnton, and multiple surrounding townships.
Born and raised on a dairy farm, Dave built a long career in agri-business before serving on the Lancaster County Transportation Committee, the Lancaster County Planning Commission, and in East Earl Township leadership.
Dave lives in East Earl Township with his wife, Ruth Ann. They have three children and eight grandchildren. His family and faith are the bedrock of his public service.
